The Russell Sage College 人力资源 Department mission is to work in partnership with managers and their teams, with individual employees and with other groups to provide programs and services that create a work environment of employee empowerment, 领导, guidance and involvement in the institution. 人力资源 is committed to working strategically with the diverse college community in identifying and responding to its changing needs.

COVID-19 vaccination is not required, but suggested.
